I am delighted to be te Director of ICMA Newport Primary and Elementary program. Over the course of my career I have been inspired by the beauty, integrity, community that ICMA Newport represents; and the high quality of Montessori education that takes place here. It is the goal of the International Montessori Academy of Newport to provide families with a unique and peaceful learning environment by meeting the spiritual, social, emotional, physical, and intellectual needs of each individual child. Strong academic fundamentals are achieved with a joy of learning and an appreciation of art, music, drama, and physical fitness.
I taught previously at our Costa Mesa Campus and have now been promoted. I look forward to ICMA Newport blossoming, growing, and enriching it's established great reputation among the community.
As a parent, you know that choosing a school for your child is one of the most significant decisions you will make because educating our children today is more challenging than ever before. We have an overwhelming number of choices which means we need clearer criteria on the ideal schooling approach for our children. Since there is little doubt that the schooling years help form the very foundation of who we are and our approach to learning, this choice is most important.

It is a place where young minds grow organically in an unhurried atmosphere of inquiry and discovery. Our students leave ICMA Newport with self-confidence, initiative, independence, ethical leadership and the ability to think and act critically.
